Tasco celebrates its 40th anniversary with a trade show
Tuesday, May 10th, 2011Test driving a new car is always a thrilling experience. You get to test first hand a model at the earliest stages of the mass market rollout, even though some car insurance companies charge a higher premium. At the end every test driver develops his opinion about he car. But this Mazda model seems to have many agreements than disagreements.
Mazda’s new CX-7 seems to be one smart car both outside and inside. Its got just the right curves in the right places. Hopefully, you won’t be blinded by the high-intensity headlamps nor mesmerized by their shapely look.
Inside the car is another experience altogether. It is so comfortable. Controls on the dashboard may take a while to get used to their location, their number and the job description of each control too.
On the road, drivers can easily get distracted in the CX-7 because of the navigation LCD screen; it is too small and tucked a little bit far away from the driver. But that is where the car’s bad features end.
In its truest form, this Mazda model is a true sport. It takes form with the elegance of a horse and it is quiet too. It has plenty of power packed under its bonnet, even though it only has a four-cylinder engine. She responds very well to additional touch on the accelerator pedal leaving you wondering what to do next. Driving on uneven roads is not a problem either as the suspension is nicely balanced.
More comfort is reserved for your passengers too. It has enough room and space for seat adjustment.
