People have to be financially safe in this world. There are many thieves lurking out there who are ready to take the cash and valuables away. credit cards are a boon to the society. There is no need for the people to carry cash anymore. Credit cards help people to buy anything without paying cash. But there are also a few drawbacks with the credit cards. People tend to buy more than their requirements when they have a credit card. They have the feeling that they can pay the money after a month and even if they do not have the cash they are able to buy the product. This makes the people to buy things for credit and when they are not able to pay back the credit, the bank levies a heavy interest on the credit. This puts the people in a bad financial position. So it is better to use the credit card only in situations when it is necessary and when they are able to pay back their bills. Financial advisers say that credit cards are a boon only when you are able to pay the credit card bill without any due, if you are not able to keep your purchases within your income then the credit card becomes your curse.
