Luck and Money
Saturday, September 5th, 2009Another important principle revolved around the way in which lucky and unlucky people deal with misfortune. For example, an athlete participating in the Olympics, when he wins the bronze medal, he is happier than the silver medallist. The reason for this is the silver medallist thinks that if he had performed slightly better, he might have won a gold medal. In contrast, bronze medallist focuses on how if he had performed slightly worse, he would not have won anything.
To be luckier, you have to be more open to opportunities around you, breakout routines and deal with bad luck by imagining things being worse. Expect good fortune and do not dwell on the negative. Your thoughts and behaviour affect the good and bad fortune you encounter. An effective way of taking advantage of the power of luck is available to us all.
